You may receive phone calls, emails, or text messages regarding Clover products. You acknowledge that submitting a form does not guarantee product approval. You understand that final product terms are determined by Clover/Fiserv and their partners.

8. Limitation of Liability

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
